Back in 2008, I started Adams’ Very Clever Ltd to help busy people enjoy healthy food that was also filling and quick to prepare. I felt that whilst we are all conscious of the need to eat more healthily, due to our busy lives this is not always possible and we often end up reaching for something that is quick but not always healthy.

So with the help of a brilliant chef and a top nutritionist I set about developing a range of delicious meals using the finest quality natural ingredients chosen not only for their flavour but also nutritional value.
 
By making it easier for people to eat a delicious meal that is fast, filling and nutritious we aim to help people be the best they can be.. naturally!

All our products are made from only natural ingredients, are low in fat and salt, and taste just like home made… if only you had the time!
